TRUE STORY As I was leaving my daughter's flat on Monday evening, just as I placed my foot onto the first step, my heel caught in the lining of my long raincoat and I tumbled headfirst right down to the bottom. The steps are cement (covered with a heavy duty carpet.) My left shin had a long thin cut from top to bottom and was bleeding profusely, and two large lumps formed on top.. Both knees began to darken and felt badly bruised and my ankles had taken quite a jarring. I went to bed in a lot of pain especially my left side and when I woke the following morning I was expecting to see my legs black and blue, as well a scabbing cut. THE NEXT DAY- However I actually couldn't believe my eyes! Both legs had NOT BRUISED in anyway (I bruise very easily) and more astounding than that was where I had cut and grazed my shin, it had healed beautifully and looked almost like a tiny scratch. I wish I had taken a before photo- but it's not the first thing you think of after falling down a flight of stairs 😅 Unbelievable! THE REASON? The only thing I have been doing differently recently is taking consistently 1 Gram of NMN from @do.not.age. I had no idea that this could be an effect of taking this-, but as I researched further into it I found that healing is more rapid for those taking NMN than those who do not! It makes sense as NMN helps to boost cell rejuvenation but the proof of the pudding was in the eating for me!! I will be talking more about NMN in the coming weeks but I couldn't help myself in sharing this, as I feel this is an incredible result (what other things am I going to discover taking this for longer I wonder?! )...
