things I am NOT doing as a mom or 4 and future wellness competitor… 1. I refuse to feel shame over my loose skin and stretch marks. this body has given me 4 children, and god forbid it shows any proof of that. 2. People will have their negative opinions and comments. I don’t let that deter me from my goals or purpose. 3. I am not in a rush to the stage. I know that I need to lose body fat & then grow some more to fit the division! 4. Last thing is I am no longer doubting myself! I’ve already proven to myself that I can completely transform my body & I know I am capable of getting to the stage. I know I wrote these things about bodybuilding, but really you can apply it to any area in your life.
