- 250 gr aceto di alcool
- 10 gocce olio essenziale di arancio o cannella (o 5+5)
Lascia in infusione circa un mese, filtra e utilizza per sgrassare e disinfettare le superfici di casa, lasciando un gradevole profumo.

Hoy te enseño cómo convertí una zona de mi jardín en una terraza con cocina.
Un cambio, que ya forma parte de nuestro día a día, de vez en cuando me veréis cocinar aquí, así que quería presentarlo en este vídeo.
Para ello, he elegido una receta muy sencilla y que os va a sorprender, me la compartió el marido de @cristinaordovas de @iscomingofficial_ y me encantó, desde entonces, no paro de hacerla.

Simplemente tendrás que freír un ajo en dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva a fuego medio, cuando esté dorado, apaga el fuego y retira el ajo, bate 2/3 huevos, pon sal y añade el aceite de los ajos, bate bien y hazlo a fuego medio en la misma sartén, la tortilla la puedes hacer de forma, cómo más te guste, a mi en flor me parece idea.
Espero que probéis la tortilla y qué me digáis qué os parece, pero os tengo que decir que mi hermana Natalia, que odia el ajo, la probó y le encantó.
