A dreamy weekend exploring the Isle of Wight 🌊✨ One of the UK’s island gems and surprisingly easy to reach for a quick staycation. Our weekend itinerary: • Wander through the charming old village in Shanklin • Stop at the cute boutique coffee shop @dennishqboutique for a drink and a browse • Explore the postcard-perfect thatched village of Godshill • Brunch at Loaph– honestly incredible • Head over to Yarmouth and wander the little winding streets or stroll along the pier • Catch sunset at the viewpoint overlooking The Needles • Brunch at Artisan in Cowes • Finish with a visit to Osborne House and explore the beautiful grounds and gardens We stayed at the beautiful No64 Apartment in Shanklin @stayontheisleofwight (PR stay) which was the perfect base for exploring the island. The apartment is stylish, spacious, sleeps 6+ and just a short walk from the beach and old village, making it ideal for a relaxed Isle of Wight weekend. Getting to the island is easy via ferry, with both vehicle and passenger crossings available from the mainland. There are several routes from the south coast, and the journey across the Solent only takes around 30–60 minutes, making the Isle of Wight feel like a proper escape without travelling far. Definitely one of the most charming UK islands for a weekend away.

Come to #Kilkenny with us on a two night break away.. kid free. What a fabulous city. The tour of @smithwicks_ireland is well worth it and kept us out of the cold that day. Places we ate were @leftbank_kk @rinuccinikilkenny @caffe500_kilkenny all I would highly recommend. A trip to Dunmore Caves was an unexpected gem! And @butlerhousekk was a fabulous find right in the heart of the city with parking. #ireland #getaway #kilkenny @tourismireland
