We recently went to @nemacolin for a family getaway and it was pure magic! ✨ We are so lucky to have this resort, with so much to do, so close to Pittsburgh. 🏰We stayed in the gorgeous, recently renovated Chateau that has rooms large enough for a family of five. We had a king suite which had a separate bedroom and living room with plenty of space to spread out and the dreamiest bathroom. We also got to spend time in the Grand Lodge which was recently renovated as well and the design is jaw dropping. We had so much good food. Coffee and breakfast (and sweets!) are available daily at the Patisserie, which was possibly the most gorgeous coffee shop I’ve ever seen. We ate delicious salads, sandwiches and pizzas by the pool at the Peak. For dinner we tried Gusto, which was my favorite- wood fired pizzas and fresh pasta🍝 and the beautiful Fawn & Fable which is the resorts signature steakhouse 🥩🍷. And of course, we couldn’t resist a sweet stop at PJ’s for Millie’s ice cream 🍦. We made a stop in the new circle bar in the Grand Lodge for lunch as we were leaving and it was so pretty! There’s so much family fun at the resort that we couldn’t do it all, but we did a lot in our three day trip! The Peak for swimming, climbing the rock wall 🧗, and bowling. We also shopped, checked out the arcade and basketball court, and played mini golf ⛳. Our trip was family centered but if you’re on an adult only getaway, Falling Rock is the adult only lodging. There’s also a casino, adult only pools and dining and Nightcap, a club that offers live music. Definitely heading back for a kid free trip in the future! #Nemacolin #luxuryresort #getaway #pittsburgh #resortdining #food #foodie #family #familytravel #finedining #travel #resort #luxury #luxurytravel
