➡️Start above baby’s right hip
➡️Using a light pressure with your fingers, Move up towards rib cage
➡️Move across the rib cage to their left
➡️Move down towards baby’s left hip
➡️Repeat
2️⃣ Bye Bye Bubbles
➡️Start on baby’s right side above hip
➡️Using a light pressure with your fingers, Walk them across to the baby’s left (“To the left to the left”)
➡️Repeat

✨ What is Sleep Shaping? It’s all about gently guiding your baby into healthy sleep habits from birth. Here’s how to get started:
🍼 Try Different Soothing Techniques: Swaddling, calming sounds, specific holding positions, and sucking can all help you discover what relaxes your baby best.
🌞 Feed When They Wake, Not to Sleep: Feeding your baby when they wake up (instead of as they fall asleep) can prevent feeding from becoming a sleep crutch.
🛏 Set the Scene for Peaceful Sleep: Create a cozy environment with blackout curtains, a sound machine, and a room temperature of 68-72°F.
💤 Practice Calm but Awake Laydowns: Begin by placing your baby down when calm but still awake, soothing them while they drift off. Over time, you’ll be able to put them down even more awake!
