The route from Non League ➡️Professional football is possible with hard-work , dedication and level ! The time it can take and what you have to do to get there is the bit what puts players off or even players cannot deal with the hardships to maintain the work . @adama_sidibeh1 was a player who came to me and @thereesilienceproject was bouncing around a few non league teams and was not getting the time and attention he merited . He found @cheadleheathnomads as a place to play and grow whilst outside of that training individually three times a week . Learning to become better technically and definately tactically as physically/ mentally he was phenomenal ! The hardwork what people didn’t see on the pitches made the biggest difference for him for sure and this started to really elevate his game separating himself from any other striker in the non league teams . Then once Adama work started to come out on the pitch he moved to @warringtonrylandsfc then quickly to his first professional club @stjohnstoneofficial in Scotland whilst then establishing himself for the Gambian 🇬🇲 national team . Now Adama is one of the best strikers in the football league with @stockportcounty and definitely has an amazing future ahead ! His story 📖should motivate and educate so many young players that if you do the work , perform there is opportunities in this game all over the world 🌎.

From assisting our first non league goal to winning the Premier League as coach at Arsenal. Congratulations to our former player Hussein ISA. What an achievement.
