Earlier this week we shared a reel about our Youth Dance company’s recent performance of their piece UNIFIED at U.Dance at @trinitylaban back in February. In this reel Artistic Director @dominic.hamilton.ldn and company members share insight into their process and what impact being in ELYDC has on them. That process includes the company co-creating some parts of the work they perform, which is exactly what they will be doing for Together We Move, the project we have been fundraising for all this week. Being in the company and being involved in projects like Together We Move increases confidence, creativity and supports the building of leadership skills and community connection. We have one more day left to raise the remaining £500 needed to hit our target and Make Together We Move a reality, with every donation will be matched by @aceagrams! 🔥 ULTIMATE ADVANCED CREW AUDITIONS 🔥 We are looking for 2–4 dedicated, high-level dancers to join our Autonomy Ultimate Advanced Division crew as we prepare for this year’s World Championships. This is a rare opportunity to train and compete at an elite level. 📍 Based at Step 1 Performing Arts, Cornwall Bay 📅 Auditions: SUNDAY 15th March 👤 Age: 14+ 🗓 Rehearsals: Sundays (commitment essential) We are looking for dancers who: • Pick up choreography quickly • Perform with power and maturity • Are technically strong • Can commit fully to weekly rehearsals and competitions • Bring positive energy and strong team ethic This team trains hard, pushes limits, and represents North Wales on a world stage. Both emerging and established artists with unique and exciting creative duet ideas are encouraged to apply to have a chance to have their work performed as part of That's Two, Thank You season. The competition is designed to support artists planning to submit their work to the next iteration of the Rotterdam International Duet Choreography Competition, FORM’s creative partner in the Netherlands. And the WINNER is… Chosen by our industry panel of local and international choreographers, the winning work will receive $3,500 AUD cash and the audience choice award winner will receive $1,500 AUD cash. Our pre-panel will select 8 duets from the EOI process to perform in DUELS at Eternity Playhouse, Darlinghurst on Saturday April 11. If selected, works will have lighting and technical rehearsal time on Friday April 10. There is a non-refundable $50 entrance fee if selected to perform. Applications close on Friday March 6 2026, 11:59pm AEST. All applicants will receive a response by Friday March 13 2026.
