Find some pretty cool buildings in the Exchange District just like Alan Doyle! The Exchange District is one of the most iconic neighbourhoods in Winnipeg. It's a national historic site and features an exceptional collection of heritage buildings built between 1880 and 1920. Who’s coming to @winnipegfolkfestival with us next year!? We went to our first Winnipeg Folk Fest this past July, and it was so fun! The lineup, the people, the food, the activities for kids, the vibe… all of it was great. We’ve been to quite a few festivals at this point, and this one does it right. I can’t wait to celebrate year 50 with them again next summer. Between the French influence, First Nations heritage, and vibrant immigrant communities you’re sure to find delicious food. ❤️Museums: I learned a lot about First Nations (the Indigenous peoples of Canada) at @humanrights.ca and @wag_ca 🌿Wellness: treat yourself to a day at @tenspa (do yourself a favor and stay at the @fortgarryhotel) or take in some moments in nature at @assiniboine_park or on the water with @winnipegwaterways Locals, what would you add?
