controversial opinion: do not day trip here at all Whether you drive or take the train/bus to Amagiso Odaru Onsen you’re looking at a 6hr+ travel day really not giving you much time to soak, let alone make the most of the entire Kawazu Seven Waterfall Trail. I can not recommend enough spending at least one night in the Izu Peninsula (it’s full of surprises) if one reel isn’t enough to convince you, comment GUIDE and i’ll send you everything you need to know about realistically visiting Japan’s unique waterfall onsen - Love, Dana 🍩 your unofficial unique travel expert

Les onsen font partie de la culture japonaise depuis plus de 1 000 ans. Ce sont des bains alimentés par des sources d’eau chaude naturelles, réputées pour leurs bienfaits. Traditionnellement, on s’y baigne nu, après s’être soigneusement lavé, et les bains sont séparés entre hommes et femmes. Pour ma première fois, j’ai testé KUDOCHI à Tokyo, un onsen privé. Tu réserves ton propre espace, donc tu peux vivre l’expérience en toute intimité.
