I’ve felt what she’s talking about. When I was in my 20s I was practicing meditation. I wasn’t very good at it. I kept failing, but one day I must have accidentally succeeded. I began to float above myself. I didn’t know what was happening until I saw the top/back of my head from above. I knew it was me, but the person floating wasn’t me. I felt free. So exactly what Dolores Cannon is saying in this video is exactly what I felt. I was out for seconds and then I returned, confused as ever. I didn’t get it at the time but maybe my spirit has its own thoughts, and this meat suit is here to give it experiences. The thing is, I’m not sure if my body and my spirit have the same objectives.
