1. Students who have completed a Master's degree can apply for an 18-month Temporary Residence Permit from the local foreign nationals' registration office while looking for work. Ini setara dengan 77% dari laba bersih tahun lalu yang mencapai Rp215 miliar. Keputusan ini diumumkan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) pada 13 Juni 2025 dan lebih tinggi dari rencana awal yang hanya Rp53 per saham. Presiden Direktur PBSA, Vincentius Susanto menegaskan komitmen manajemen untuk memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham setelah kinerja positif di 2024. Pendapatan PBSA tahun lalu mencapai Rp1,15 triliun naik 101,5% dari tahun sebelumnya dengan laba bersih tumbuh 11,6%. When I discovered this site I knew it had potential it took a battle to get the permission over the line but in the end we where granted it. Now the site is starting to take shape and come to life 🙏🏗🏠. This pbsa (Purpose built student accomodation) block will provide a upmarket and vibrant environment for students to live. We can't wait to release our branding and we aim to be one of the biggest privately owned PBSA landlords in this part of Bristol.
