Can’t stop. Won’t stop. 🤣 This time a little ode to the NDIS. Who I have come to know so well and yet feels like a total mystery at times… Don’t get me wrong, capacity building is great, but being asked to continuously prove your disability and fight tooth and nail for the basic support required? Add into that the fear of losing supports based on NDIS threats? Not to mention the NDIS admitting they don’t read all of the reports… Undignified and unnecessary. I admit the wording on the reel isn’t perfect, but I think most people get the point I was trying to highlight here. This video was not made about me or my experience but to represent the experiences of many of my neurokin and humans I work with. This is satire and made for entertainment. Happy Thursday! I was blessed to have attended the premiere for @radicalthemovie from @pantelionfilms this past Monday at the Regency Bruin Theatre! (We were cleared to participate in the promotion of RADICAL vía the film’s SAG interim agreement) This movie is based on a true story and set in a Mexican border town plagued by neglect, corruption and violence. Radical centers on a frustrated teacher (Derbez) who tries a new method to unleash the curiosity and potential of his students, and maybe even their genius! I cried, I was inspired and this movie totally aligned with what I stand for CHANGE‼️I strongly believe just like @ederbez that this movie will spark conversations to change our education system whether we are here in the USA or in Mexico, Latin America, etc! I’ll be the first to say that I grew up watching @ederbez’s work as a comic when I was 11 years old with his tv show “Al Derecho y Al Derbez” to now see his transition into drama is a huge change!! He did a great job though 👏 It is hard to break him out of those characters we are used to seeing him in but he definitely pulled it off in this film 👏🎬 This isn’t the typical “Derbez”’movie as he said & he delivered the message of inspiring others to fight for their dreams no matter what the circumstances are or how hard it gets! Please go watch this film November 3rd in all movie theaters it will inspire you 🙏❤️👏👏🎬📽️🎥 Huge Thanks to @speedypineda @vmbuenrostro @mrktco @ayeitsalex @luisarrambide @ricardogalvanc for having me attend this amazing movie premiere ❤️🙏🎬 #radicalthemovie #eugenioderbez #mrktco #inspirational #motivational #pantelionfilms #impact #participant #3passtudios

Our latest work for IN WAVES AND WAR — Out on Netflix Nov 3rd! A feature documentary exploring the transformative journeys of former Navy SEALs using psychedelic therapies like Ibogaine to heal from TBI and PTSD. We don’t often tell military stories, but the power of psychedelic therapy to foster empathy, reflection, and awareness drew us in. Directors @jonshenk & @bcshenk, and producer @j_anthony_510 at @actualfilmsdocs, challenged us to bring these inner and outer battles to life through animation. Four AKA directors. Four unique visual voices. One seamless story of trauma, treatment, and transformation. Stay tuned for a closer look at each director’s work. @inwavesandwar @participant @wearecmp #InWavesAndWar #StudioAKA #ActualFilms #Documentary #Animation #PsychedelicTherapy #Ibogaine #PTSD #Participant #chicagomediaproject #HealingThroughArt #FilmMaking #VeteransStories #TraumaAndTransformation
