Hayahisa Tomiyasu (@hayahisatomiyasu) created his TTP (Tischtennisplatte) photo series by photographing a single ping pong table in a Leipzig park from the same vantage point—his dorm room window—over a period of five years. He documented the table’s evolving use by people and animals throughout the seasons, turning an ordinary object into a study of public space, routine, and quiet transformation. #art #artist

Lagos in London is a photo series capturing the bold elegance of different Nigeria traditional attire, regal Yoruba attire, worn not in the heart of Lagos or Ibadan but amidst the multicultural rhythms of South London Peckham. Each image is a celebration of identity, where flowing fabric and intricate embroidery tell stories of heritage, resilience and pride . Against the backdrop of bustling markets , corner shops and gospel echoes, this series honors the beauty of carrying home where ever you go . This is more than fashion , it’s statement. It’s memory . It’s belonging. #delphianopencall2026 @delphiangallery

Award-winning animal photographer Alex Cearns @houndstoothstudiobyalexcearns created the photo series “Perfect Imperfection — Dog Portraits of Resilience And Love” to showcase the incredible strength of animals. It’s made up of photos of “perfectly imperfect” animals such as dogs with lost limbs, eyes, or scars from former abuse. She works to capture their intrinsic beauty and spirit — to promote a new concept of perfection.

made this tiktok a while back to document my photo series “remainder / reminder” that I started in 2014 and picked back up for an exhibition in 2018. this body of work is a series of emulsion lifts and transfers I manipulated from copies of my grandma’s slide film, portrayed in a way to symbolize her memory loss. she passed away this week after many years of battling dementia. she was the subject for many of my photography projects and will be missed ❤️ #polaroidemulsionlift #emulsionlift #alternativeprocess #photography #kodachrome #slidefilm #vintagephotography

Touching family tradition demonstrates strength of parental love and human relationship consistency. Each departure from parents' house, girl captured farewell moment from same angle - mother and father silhouettes in garage doorway. Photo series spans childhood to adulthood, showing changing cars, clothes and people, but unchanging tradition of seeing off beloved daughter. Images became visual chronicle of family history through everyday ritual. Parents never missed goodbye moment regardless of weather or time. How many families would maintain one tradition for nearly three decades. Video author unknown.
