Week 3 😎 Today session was all about TEAM WORK 🤝 We set out some challenges that ensured the 3 teams worked together to accomplish the tasks whilst having FUN along the way 😃 @theplaytrail Great session to all involved 👏

What become of adults who are asked to come up with their own games and freely play? They become SIAO GIN NAs! 🤪🤣 So fun!! Co-facilitated a Free Play workshop for @thriveground with the best ppl I could do it with. And in the process reminded me how powerful play could be and how as coaches, we can also LET GO at times and creatively harness the benefits of Free Play and grow our athletes 😍 in similar ways that we now do with values @sportsvaluessg 😉

If your kid wants to jump in the puddles, let them. The best time for them to build strength and learn balance and coordination is when they are young. Clothes can be washed and worn again. Clothes will dry to be worn again. Kids will never be young again. Let kids play.
