Did you know that one of the most stunning interiors in Prague is actually a working post office?📮💌🙂 💡Located in Jindřišská street, just a few steps from Wenceslas Square, this neo-Renaissance gem was built between 1871–1874 and became a cultural monument in 1998. The heart of the building is a massive hall with a glass roof (originally a courtyard for horse-drawn mail coaches🐎). 📍 Address: Jindřišská 14, Prague 1 ⏰ Opening hours: Mon–Fri 6 AM – 10 PM Sat 8 AM – 6 PM Closed on Sundays 🚃How to get there: From Můstek metro station 💰Entrance: free 🤫 My tip: Climb up the stairs for the best view👀 🎥from my archive #prague #praguestagram #czechrepublic #visitcz #coolestplaces

Everyone visits Prague. Very few actually experience it. Here are some uncomfortable truths after living here 5+ years: 1. If you “did Prague in 1 day”, you didn’t do Prague — you did a postcard route designed for first-timers. 2. The places you saved from TikTok are the same ones 40,000 other people saved. That’s why your trip felt crowded. 3. If your meal cost more than your flight, you probably ate inside a 300-meter radius of the Astronomical Clock. 4. The city doesn’t feel magical at noon. It feels magical at 7am or 11pm — but tourists don’t wake up or stay out long enough to see it. 5. Prague isn’t small. You just never left the theme-park district. My best memories here are random bakeries, empty tram rides, and neighborhoods nobody can pronounce. Follow me if you want the Prague you actually came for — local tips only. #praguetips #honesttravel #pragueguide #travelmistakes #visitprague
#prag #prague #chezrepublic #hiddenpragueplaces #hiddenprague
