Implantation bleeding happens when a fertilized egg attaches (implants) into the lining of the uterus. 🗓️ When does it happen? Usually 6–12 days after ovulation Often a few days before your expected period For someone with a 28-day cycle, that’s usually around day 20–26 🧬 How does it happen? 🥚 Ovulation – An egg is released from the ovary. 💞 Fertilization – The egg meets sperm in the fallopian tube. 🚶‍♀️ Travel – The fertilized egg travels to the uterus (about 3–5 days). 🌱 Implantation – It attaches to the uterine lining. 🩸 Light spotting may occur because tiny blood vessels in the lining break as the embryo burrows in. Not everyone has implantation bleeding — many women don’t notice any spotting at all and still have a normal pregnancy. ✨ Have questions or experienced this? Here is my story ! On 10th February, I tested positive for pregnancy. We were obviously very excited. The next day (11th Feb) we went to meet the doctor. She guided us and prescribed some medicines. Everything looked normal, so I continued my routine and even started going to office. But on 15th February, while I was going to office in an auto, I suddenly started bleeding. It wasn’t heavy bleeding, but during pregnancy even a little bleeding can feel extremely scary. My doctor wasn’t available that day, so another senior doctor at the hospital examined me. She also explained possibilities like miscarriage, which made that moment even more stressful. Thankfully after examination she confirmed the baby was fine. However, I was immediately put on strict bed rest and given additional medicines including vaginal tablets. I was clearly told: no travelling no lifting heavy things minimal movement no office What was supposed to be 1.5 months of bed rest later got extended for another 1.5 months. Those months were emotionally and physically very challenging, and I’ll share more about that experience in another reel. #pregnancy #miscarriage #csection #motherhood #breastfeeding
I had a heavy bleeding during pregnancy in the third month. I was scared. Confused. But reached out to my doctor first and immediately. If you’ve been through this, you’re not alone. 🤍 [heavy bleeding during pregnancy pregnancy complications real pregnancy experience pregnancy anxiety pregnancy bleeding story high risk pregnancy journey Indian pregnancy reel motherhood reality content] #PregnancyReality #PregnancyJourney #RealMotherhood #PregnancyStories #MotherhoodUnfiltered #HighRiskPregnancy #IndianMoms #MomLifeIndia
Sometimes your body whispers before it shouts ✨ These rare early pregnancy signs might surprise you — but remember, every journey is beautifully different 🤍 1. Bleeding gums or sore teeth 🦷🩸 Hormones increase blood flow to your gums, making them extra sensitive — sometimes even before a pregnancy test turns positive! I noticed blood while brushing my teeth twice 😮 2. Sudden dislike for familiar smells & tastes 👃🤢 Your sense of smell can become super strong. Scents you once loved (like coffee or perfume) may suddenly make you nauseous. I hated tea for the first 3 months ☕❌ and couldn’t tolerate the smell of perfume 🌸🚫 3. Feeling cold or flu-like (but not actually sick) 🤧❄️ In early pregnancy, your immune system slightly lowers to protect the baby — so you might feel weak, chilly, or feverish without any real illness 🤍 4. Bloating and gas 🎈😣 Thanks to progesterone, digestion slows down right from conception. You may feel full, bloated, or gassy even before missing your period 🫄 5. Itchy palms or feet ✋👣 Increased blood circulation and hormonal changes can make your skin feel itchy — harmless, but definitely unexpected ✨ 💛 Every body speaks differently — listen gently and trust your journey 💛 Follow @vermasomya720__ for more such videos . #pregnancy #pregnant #momtobe #preggolife #pregnancytips

Sub-chorionic hematoma. A term I never imagined I’d hear during pregnancy. One moment you’re holding onto hope, dreams, and tiny plans for the future… and the next moment, a scan introduces fear, tears, and a thousand unanswered questions. Bleeding doesn’t always mean the end. A clot doesn’t always mean loss. And sub-chorionic hematoma doesn’t mean your journey is over. It means rest. It means patience. It means trusting your body even when your heart is scared. Some days are filled with anxiety. Some nights are spent googling symptoms. And every single day becomes a prayer. If you’re going through this — you’re not alone. So many mothers walk this path silently, with strength they never knew they had. Listen to your doctor. Take the rest your body asks for. Protect your peace. And hold on to hope — because many pregnancies with SCH go on to become beautiful success stories 🤍 Sending love, strength, and healing vibes to every mama fighting silent battles. Your story isn’t finished yet ✨ #subchorionichematoma #earlypregnancy #pregnancyjourney🤰🏻👼❤️ #pregnancyawareness #pregnancysupport
