🔹Web offset printing means volume, speed... and no room for error. Used for magazines, catalogues, newspapers and high-volume packaging, web offset presses run at incredible speeds sometimes over 30,000 impressions per hour. But without a reliable preset system, fast can quickly turn into waste. This is where Rutherford’s preset technology makes the difference. From the first roll, the system uses prepress data (CIP3 or PDF) to set ink keys automatically and precisely — even on older machines. The benefits: • Faster start-up times • Drastically reduced paper waste • Smoother color ramp-up • A more stable, repeatable pressroom And no more trial-and-error on press. Just solid, data-driven setup job after job. Web offset deserves better control. Rutherford delivers it. Bowl printing, often referred to as pad printing, is a specialized process where a machine transfers a decorative pattern or design onto the surface of a bowl or similar curved object. Using a soft silicone pad, the machine picks up ink from an etched plate (or cliché) containing the design and presses it onto the bowl, ensuring precise and vibrant results. This technique is widely used for customizing ceramic, glass, or plastic bowls with logos, patterns, or artwork, offering high efficiency and versatility for both small-scale and industrial production. Proper setup and ink selection are crucial for achieving durable, high-quality prints. #BowlPrinting #PadPrinting #MachinePrinting #DecorativeDesign #CustomBowls #CeramicArt #AutomatedDesign #PrecisionPrinting #IndustrialDesign #HomeDecor #PrintingTechnology #CraftTech #DecorativeBowls #CeramicPrinting #ManufacturingArt
