He printed his own banking license & launched a bank called “RAFC”. • Opened branches • Hired 100 employees (after taking bribe for jobs) • Issued passbooks, cheque books, deposit slips People trusted it.
Deposits started flowing. He even offered gold loans & credit cards. He was living a luxury life from that money. The setup looked completely legitimate & he kept opening a new branch every month. Until RBI checked and found:
