This ain’t your average ramen 🍜 This is lazy creamy ramen made with Chosen Foods Classic Mayo to create a rich, silky, umami-packed broth. Cozy, creamy, slightly spicy, and ridiculously satisfying 🔥 Once you try this bowl, there’s no going back. 📍Tag your ramen buddy & save this for your next cozy noodle night💗 ✨ Hailey’s Creamy Spicy Mayo Ramen 📝 Ingredients • 1 pack noodles • 1 Tbsp @chosenfoods Classic Mayo • 1.5 cups water • 1 egg yolk • 1- 2slices American cheese • 1 Tbsp of Buldak sauce • Powder seasoning packet • 1 tsp minced garlic • 1 soft-boiled egg • A few bok choy leaves (optional) • Grilled steak(optional) • 1 tbsp chili oil ⸻ 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions 1. Boil the noodles Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until just tender. (Don’t forget to save the noodle water for the broth!) 2. Make the creamy base In a bowl, combine the egg yolk, spicy sauce, powder seasoning, Chosen Foods Classic Mayo, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined. 3. Create the broth Add American cheese, noodles, then pour in about 1 cup of hot noodle water. Swirl gently until the broth turns creamy. 4. Top it off (optional but highly recommended!) Finish with grilled steak, a soft-boiled egg, blanched bok choy, and a drizzle of chili oil for the perfect final touch. 💡 Tip: In the video, I added the cheese first for the visual, but it actually melts more smoothly if you mix the sauce base first and add the cheese together with the hot noodle water. Adjust the amount of reserved noodle water depending on how thick or soupy you like your broth! If you prefer it less spicy, reduce the spicy sauce and balance the flavor with a splash of soy sauce. #ramenhack #easyrecipe #asmrfood #mukbang #chosenpartner
POV: One-Pot “Lazy Ramen” 🤤🍜
 👇 You’ll need (Serves 1-2):
For the broth: ½ tbsp neutral oil 1 garlic clove, minced ½ thumb-sized piece ginger, grated 1 tbsp red curry paste 1 heaped tsp peanut butter (or sesame paste) 1 tsp miso paste 1 tbsp soy sauce (or more to taste) 2 cups chicken stock ½ cup soy milk (or coconut milk) Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced Bok choy, halved/ sliced Instant Ramen noodles Clean, Uncracked Eggs* (see note)
For the mince: 1/2 pack (~250g) lean mince of choice
(OR shredded tofu for a vegetarian version) 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (or honey) To serve (optional): Spring onion, sliced Sesame seeds Chilli oil (optional)
Kimchi
Lime wedge
*Food Safety Note 🥚👀: Although the risk is considered very low in Australia, eggshells can occasionally be contaminated with bacteria such as Salmonella. Always use clean, uncracked eggs and ensure the broth reaches a rolling boil (100°C / 212°F) for long enough to cook the eggs. If you're pregnant, immunocompromised, or preparing food for someone at higher risk, ensure the eggs are thoroughly cooked. Or, if you prefer, simply boil the eggs separately and add them to your ramen at the end. 🙌 Method: Mince: Cook the mince until browned. Stir through the sauces and cook for 2–3 minutes until glossy. Ramen: Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pot. Cook the garlic and ginger for 1 minute, then stir in the curry paste, peanut butter, miso and soy sauce. Pour in the stock and soy milk and bring to a boil. Add the eggs (if using), mushrooms and noodles and cook for 6½–7 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking and the noodles are tender. Add the bok choy for the final 30 seconds. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath, peel, then divide the noodles, vegetables and broth between bowls. Top with the sticky mince, sliced egg, and your favourite toppings. Enjoy friends! ♥️ #ramen #lazyramen #fakeaway #easydinner #healthydinner
