What are yours hobbies? I love action hobbies that get my endorphins going like skiing, hiking, horseback riding and tennis. Studies have shown that having hobbies can improve your overall health and wellness! Some benefits include: ✨Lowered stress levels ✨ Improved work performance ✨Better sleep ✨More social connections with people who have similar interests ✨Increased happiness Make hobbies a priority in your life! It’s best schedule a regular weekly time like you would a meeting for your hobbies. 🎥 Thank you @michaelmeyersla for capturing this of me last weekend…love the ray of sunshine that is following me downhill. #rayofsunshine #theglowgirl #hobbies #saturdayvibes #over40 #over50 #skiing #mammoth #mystyle #endorphins #mylifestyle #liveyourbestlife #tipsandtricks

Taking a field trip to the @sydneyevan fine jewelry showroom in L.A. always makes me feel like a kid in a candy 🍬 store! I can spend hours there, trying on everything in sight. Yes, every piece is gorgeous and beautifully crafted👌but my favorite thing about their designs is the messaging. Each piece is a collectible meant to tell a story and celebrate the uniqueness of the person who wears it. We are all writing our own epic tale, one day at a time. And, when we wake up each morning, we can choose how that day’s chapter will be written. Unlimited edits allowed! So, with March dedicated to honoring women and their stories, it’s the perfect time to select a unique piece from Sydney Evan to embody the core message of yours. Did you see a favorite piece that caught your eye in my Reels? And, an even bigger question....what do you want your story to say about you? Happy Friday ☀️ _ I’m not gonna lie I was quite upset yesterday and still was when I woke up this morning and all over a stupid couch 😩 I’m hoping that my mom will just keep it downstairs for now and when we get a house eventually we can take it with us. My couch that I currently have downstairs won’t fit in the new apartment and it looks like we will be couch less when we move in next week 😅 We will see what happens. _ Also Z and @lukethehandsomeyorkie have been best buddies since Luke was a young pup. Luke can sure hold his ground too. They love to play Tug of War but play time is always monitored only because of their size difference. Luke is perfectly fine Karen. Also Luke’s mom @alana_816 hasn’t been feeling well since she got the flu so we hope she feels better soon! _ I was debating between this audio and another popular trending sound on @tiktok Can anybody guess? _ Sweater: @toothandhoney // Code:zeus10 Travel Bed: (In the cover photo) @sprucepup // Code: ZEUS10 _ #dailybarker #dontbullymybreed #endbsl #yorkiesofinstagram #barked #rayofsunshine #thegoodestboy #dogs #fridayfeeling _ Follow: @handsome.zeus⚡️for your daily dose of handsome #handsomezeus
