This hit me hard. The right person doesn’t need your life to be perfect. They just need you to be real. I need to listen #perfectperson #relationship
Confidence isn’t built by being liked.
It’s built by liking who you’re becoming.
Somewhere along the way, a lot of real estate agents got the message that confidence looks like being popular… getting the most comments… being “everyone’s favorite.”
But your brain doesn’t wire confidence through applause.
It wires it through identity.
Neuroscience shows that every time you keep a promise to yourself, your brain releases dopamine. That’s the “I trust me” chemical.
Not “they liked my post.”
Not “they chose me over another agent.”
But “I said I would… and I did.”
That’s why real confidence feels quiet.
It’s built when you:
• Post even when no one claps
• Say no when it would be easier to say yes
• Hold your boundaries on commission
• Show up on camera before you feel ready
• Build skills you’ll still be proud of in 10 years
Your brain is constantly asking one question:
“Can I rely on you?”
Every aligned decision strengthens that answer.
And when you start liking who you’re becoming…
the woman who follows through
the agent who leads instead of chases
the CEO who keeps her word to herself…
Your nervous system calms.
Your voice gets steadier.
Your presence gets stronger.
Not because everyone likes you.
But because you do.
And here’s the wild part…
When you like who you are becoming, people feel it.
They don’t need you to be perfect.
They need you to be certain.
Confidence isn’t loud.
It’s loyal.
Loyal to your values.
Loyal to your growth.
Loyal to the future version of you you’re already becoming.
If you’re looking for the room to build and become this, comment RISE and I’ll drop you a link to our next retreat 😘
Article on love. Was so beautiful had to share forgot the author cause I had this sitting in my drafts
(found it cause everyone asked it’s on substack when you’re choosing a life partner think beyond romance)!!!
PS, Also this is for normal healthy relationships not to justify toxic patterns and toxic relationships because healthy safe relationships will never be ‘perfect’ but they will be stable and peaceful for the most part and make your life undoubtedly better by being in it
i’ll keep speaking, just in case someone needs to hear it 🤍

Just type the word "workshop" if you want to come! I hope I'll get to meet you there real, real soon 🕺🏻🏰🧬✨️
You keep attracting people who are both amazing and broken because your nervous system learned that love means seeing someone for their potential and dedicating your whole life helping them achieve it.
Their brokenness makes you feel needed, their potential keeps you hooked, and they're incredibly charming, talented, or intelligent but also deeply wounded, addicted, or unstable.
You see glimpses of who they can be and fall in love with that future version rather than accepting who they are right now.
Your attraction to broken but brilliant people comes from childhood patterns where love meant rescuing, fixing, or being useful to someone struggling.
If you had a parent who was talented but troubled, charismatic but unstable, or full of potential but never quite reaching it,
your nervous system learned to associate that specific combination of brilliance and brokenness with love and connection.
You developed the belief that your purpose in relationships is to help someone become their best self,
making their potential your project and their healing your responsibility.
Now you're drawn to people who have incredible qualities alongside serious issues because that dynamic feels like home to your nervous system.
The problem isn't that these people have struggles, it's that you're trying to love them into wholeness while neglecting your own needs and boundaries.
You mistake being needed for being loved, confusing your role as their healer with genuine partnership.
Real love doesn't require you to sacrifice yourself to unlock someone else's potential.
You can appreciate someone's gifts without taking responsibility for fixing their wounds.
Choose someone who is already doing their own healing work, not someone waiting for you to save them from themselves.
your daily reminder to not compare yourself or your relationships to what you see on social media👏🏼
Just doing what I am told 😅
I argued with my friend about not knowing the lyrics and then this happened
I have no idea when this song stuck on to me

My weekend was eventful: a large sun umbrella got caught in a gust of wind and slammed straight into my face, leaving me with a decent black eye. I’m okay, just a bit bruised and feeling pretty done in. 🎈
I’m not sharing for sympathy but because Instagram can make life look polished and curated, when the truth is all of us have moments that feel messy, inconvenient or just plain wobbly. Real life isn’t perfect, and it’s always throwing us curve balls - or in my case steel poles - that we don’t see coming.
If you’re having one of those days too, I feel ya! Today has required me to put on my big girl pants when I’d really rather have stayed home.
