INGREDIENTS:
Pork meat - 400g
Isaw - 250g
Liver - 100g
Salt - pinch
Pepper - pinch
Garlic - 1 whole
Onions - 1 whole
Ginger - 20g
Chilis - 3 pcs
Bay leaves - 3 pcs
Vinegar - 1/3 cup
Water - 1/3 cup
PROCEDURE:
1. Saute garlic, onions and ginger.
2. Add the pork meat, season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the liver and isaw.
4. Add bay leaves.
5. Add vinegar and water. Simmer until tender.
6. Finish with chilis.
