#ReadToRise is a reading and writing programme created by @parinaamfoundation and Papagoya, anchored in Parinaam’s Academic Adoption Program and Papagoya’s #PlayItForward initiative. Through playful learning, we’re working to create meaningful impact. Each session is built around a book from @pratham.books . We design book-based lesson plans for every session and work closely with Parinaam to train field coordinators to lead with confidence. Together, we focus on reading aloud, building language, encouraging conversation, and creating space for children to express themselves. Alongside this, we’re growing a volunteer programme within the Papagoya community. Our playmakers and parent volunteers adopt communities they visit every quarter — reading with children, supporting their writing, and assisting field coordinators during sessions. Saarakshi Tiwari is an engineering student, website designer, author, and the founder of the NGO Project Noor. With a strong passion for education and social impact, she started Project Noor with the aim of transforming the way children learn. Her focus is on providing value based education that goes beyond rote memorization and encourages children to develop critical thinking, empathy, curiosity, and strong moral values. She believes that education should help shape well rounded individuals rather than simply preparing students to memorize information for exams. कहानियों का पेड़, रिश्तों की जड़ें 🌳📖 जब बच्चों की कलम ने पूरे गाँव को जोड़ दिया! आज फलोदा लाइब्रेरी में दिसंबर माह के मासिक अखबार का विमोचन हुआ। इस बार खास आकर्षण था बच्चों द्वारा बनाया गया ‘कहानियों का पेड़’, जहाँ अलग-अलग शाखाओं पर उनकी स्वरचित कहानियाँ सजी थीं। गाँव की महिलाओं ने जब अपनी पोता-पोती और दोता-दोती की लिखी कहानियाँ सुनीं, तो उनकी आँखों में गर्व और खुशी साफ झलक रही थी। सबसे भावुक पल तब आया जब फेफा काकी की पोती ने अपनी कहानी सुनाई—उसकी सादगी और शब्दों ने सबका दिल जीत लिया। महिलाओं ने भी कहा—अब वे भी समय निकालकर यहाँ आएँगी और अपने मन की बातें लिखेंगी। इस छोटी-सी पहल ने साबित कर दिया कि लाइब्रेरी सिर्फ किताबों की जगह नहीं, बल्कि खुशियाँ बाँटने और समुदाय को जोड़ने का सुंदर माध्यम भी है। 🌸 #foundationallearning #oelp #communityengagement #libraries
