It’s boxing and strength training, all set to custom beats in a dark-lit room that keeps the focus on you and the energy up. We did the 5v5 Versus class format: 🥊 5 rounds on the bag (think combos, power punches, cardio) 🏋️ 5 rounds on the floor (full-body strength and endurance work) Coach Abby was incredible. Never knew I could sweat this much 🥵🥊 Thank you @rumbleboxing for having us 🥊 We definitely got our sweat in — this class kicked our butts and we can’t wait to come back for another round. First rumble, kinda shy 👉👈, but once the EDM and throwback bangers hit we were having the best time. Can’t think of a better way to spend the weekend than boxing, raving and clubbing with my friends!!
