🏃♂️ WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU RUN DAILY?
Your body starts adapting from day one. Your heart becomes more efficient, pumping more blood with each beat. Lung capacity improves, delivering more oxygen to your muscles and brain.
Running boosts metabolism, helping burn fat and regulate blood sugar. It strengthens bones, joints, and muscles, while also improving endurance and balance.
Mentally, it triggers the release of endorphins, reducing stress, anxiety, and improving mood and sleep.
But consistency matters more than intensity — overtraining can lead to injury.
Run regularly, not recklessly. Your body rewards balance, not burnout.

The better you warm up, the faster you’ll run⬇️
I do these exercises to activate my fast twitch muscles to make me feel fast 🔥
1️⃣ Pogo Jumps
• Trains REACTIVE STRENGTH & stiffness through the ankles
• Improves QUICK GROUND CONTACT
• Builds ELASTICITY for more efficient sprinting
2️⃣ High Knees Every Third
• Reinforces RHYTHM & TIMING in your stride
• Encourages POWERFUL knee drive on the third step
• Activates HIP FLEXORS & improves coordination
3️⃣ 1–2 Switch
• Trains QUICK FOOTWORK & coordination
• Activates HIP FLEXORS & GLUTES for fast exchanges
• Prepares the body for EXPLOSIVE sprint mechanics
4️⃣ Straight Leg Bounds
• Develops HAMSTRING & GLUTE activation
• Improves FRONTSIDE MECHANICS & posture
• Builds POWER & elasticity for longer, stronger strides

Most runners aren’t running.
They’re just walking fast.
❌ Overstriding
❌ Straight leg
❌ Heel striking out in front
That force gets dumped into your knees, hips, lower back and ankles.
Running is up to 2-3x** your bodyweight. It has to go somewhere.
✅ Bent knee
✅ Midfoot strike
✅ Foot towards your centre of mass
✅ Cycle, don’t reach
That’s how you tap into your elastic chain.
Less ground contact time.
More bounce. Less pain.
Comment ‘FYS’ to level up your running 🔥
Correction** running takes 2-3 times our bodyweight, the Achilles can take up to 6-7 😅

The fastest a human has ever run is 44.7 km/h, but scientists found out humans could run a lot faster!
In 2009, Usain Bolt broke the world record by running 100 meters in 9.58 seconds, reaching a top speed of 44.7 km/h — that's more than twice as fast as the legal e-scooter limit and almost as fast as a charging grizzly bear.
But scientists wanted to know how much faster humans could go—and they found something surprising.
Turns out, it's not muscle strength that's holding us back—our legs can generate way more force than we use during a sprint. The real limit is how fast our muscle fibers can contract.
During a sprint, your foot touches the ground for less than 0.1 seconds—that's all the time your muscles have to generate force.
Scientists discovered we apply 30% more force when hopping than running.
If we could apply that force while running, humans could theoretically reach speeds of 65 km/h—that's faster than a grizzly bear can run.

🏃🏽♀️ Running should feel light, smooth, and effortless. How you lift your knee, hold your posture, land under your hips, and cycle your legs make it easier or harder.
The A-skip is not just a warm up, it is how you teach your body to run.
With running becoming more popular, a lot of people skip the basics. But better mechanics make running feel easier, reduce injury risk, and ultimately make you faster 🫶🏻

10 hacks to run longer without getting tired 😴
1. Slow down more than you think you should
Most people run too fast. If you can’t hold a conversation, you’re going too hard.
2. Focus on breathing rhythm
Try a 3:3 or 2:2 pattern (inhale for 3 steps, exhale for 3). It keeps you relaxed and efficient.
3. Run by time, not distance
Stop chasing kilometers-run for 30, 45, 60 minutes. It removes mental pressure.
4. Fuel properly before your run
Low energy = early fatigue. Even a banana or toast 30-60
min before makes a difference.
5. Relax your upper body
Tense shoulders = wasted energy. Drop your shoulders and
loosen your hands.
6. Use the run-walk method
There’s no shame in it. Even pros use it. Example: 9 min run,
1 min walk.
7. Pick the right playlist or podcast
Distraction is powerful. When your mind is engaged, your body lasts longer.
8. Hydrate before (not just during)
If you start dehydrated, you’re already behind.
9. Break the run into segments
Don’t think “10km.” Think “just get to that next street/light/ post.”
10. Be consistent, not heroic
One long run won’t change you. Running 3-4 times a week will.

Riding a mountain bike in these conditions feels more like surfing than cycling. This downhill run shows exactly why mud tires and a lot of confidence are mandatory when the trail turns into a swamp. You can see the bike gain about ten pounds of weight just from the sludge sticking to the frame by the end of the race. The level of control @deybid_wini maintains through those slick corners and over that final jump is seriously impressive.

🇨🇳 Beijing is set to host a human vs. robot half-marathon, as new test runs show just how quickly humanoid robots are improving.
📍 On April 19 at 7:30am, more than 300 humanoid robots from 26 companies will run the 21.1km course alongside around 12,000 human participants in Beijing’s E-Town.
The route spans city roads, racetrack sections and park terrain, designed to test performance in real conditions.
⚡ The progress over one year is quite impressive: In April 2025, a leading humanoid robot completed a half-marathon in 2 hours 40 minutes. By April 2026, a robot called “Lightning” finished the same distance in under 54 minutes, reflecting major gains in speed, stability and navigation.
🧠 Beyond the race, the event serves as a benchmark for real-world capability. Long-distance running pushes limits in balance, energy management and environmental awareness, all key areas for applications like disaster response, industrial inspection and logistics.

On Day 3 (April 28, 2026) in Tampa, BTS closed their three-night run at Raymond James Stadium with a powerful and emotional final show. The energy was noticeably higher, with both BTS and ARMY fully immersed, knowing it was the last night in the city. The concert featured a strong mix of high-energy tracks and emotional stages, with extended ment (talk) segments where the members expressed gratitude and reflected on their journey together. Compared to Day 1 and Day 2, Day 3 felt more sentimental, with deeper fan interactions and louder crowd responses. Overall, the final night served as a meaningful closing chapter to their Tampa stop—ending the 3-day concert series on a high note while strengthening the bond between BTS and their fans.
