🚦🔥 HEY SDRC RACERS — HERE’S WHAT’S GOING DOWN THIS WEEK AT THE TRACK! 🔥🚦 Buckle up, charge those batteries, and tighten those prop nuts — SDRC Raceway’s got a full throttle week lined up just for you: 🚨✈️ TONIGHT: MINI DRONE MADNESS! 🚨 Get your props spinning — Mini Drone Racing kicks off at 5PM! If you’ve never seen tiny flying robots zip around at warp speed, tonight’s your night. Bring your goggles, your smack talk, and your best “pew pew” sound effects. 🏎️💨 WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY: CLUB RACING 🏎️💨 I know your RC cars are bored. They told me. So slap some fresh tires on, slap yourself awake, and get down here for Club Racing — Wednesday AND Friday at 7PM. Fast laps, close battles, and probably someone forgetting to charge a battery. 🔧🚜 POST-RACE PIPE PARTY 🔧🚜 Friday Night: Stick around for an hour after the mains — we’re pulling up the pipes to prep for the big track rebuild. Many hands make light work… and fewer crushed fingers. 🏗️ SATURDAY & SUNDAY: TRACK REBUILD! 🏗️ Calling all shovel wielders, pipe wranglers, and backseat track designers — it’s rebuild weekend! We need every helping hand to shape, smooth, and scream “that jump’s not big enough!” until it is! Come race. Stay late. Get dirty. Repeat. See you all at the track! 🏁✨

Tu te demandes comment coter le SDRC (algo) en kiné ? 🤔 LA RÉPONSE EST SIMPLE : ➡️ il n’existe pas de cotation spéciale pour le SDRC ! ➡️ Utilise TOUJOURS la cotation de la pathologie initiale POURQUOI ? Le SDRC est considéré comme une COMPLICATION de la pathologie d’origine, pas comme une pathologie à part entière. A Síndrome da Dor Complexa Regional (SDCR) é uma condição neuropática marcada por dor intensa e desproporcional ao trauma inicial, frequentemente acompanhada de dor exarcebada, edema, alterações de temperatura, sudorese e limitação funcional. a distrofia simpático-reflexa (DSR), também chamada Síndrome Dolorosa Regional Complexa – SDRC, tem um caráter multifatorial, envolvendo componentes metabólicos, neuroinflamatórios e autonômicos. 🦴 1. Traumas Musculoesqueléticos (gatilho mais comum) Mesmo lesões leves podem desencadear SDRC devido a uma resposta desproporcional do sistema nervoso: 🔥 2. Inflamação Exacerbada e Desregulação Imunológica Alguns pacientes apresentam uma resposta inflamatória exagerada e prolongada 🧠 3. Disfunção do Sistema Nervoso Simpático A dor passa a ser mantida por hiperatividade autonômica ⚡ 4. Sensibilização Central Com o tempo, o sistema nervoso central se torna hiper-responsivo 🧬 5. Fatores Metabólicos Embora menos divulgados na ortopedia, são importantes: • Disfunção mitocondrial e déficit de vitamina D 🧪 6. Fatores Endócrinos e Neuro-hormonais 🧠 7. UMA GRANDE CONQUISTA! 💜 Em entrevista à @radiosenado, falei sobre um avanço histórico para quem convive com fibromialgia! O Senado aprovou o PL 3010/2019, que relatei com muito orgulho, garantindo os mesmos direitos de pessoas com deficiência a pessoas com fibromialgia, fadiga crônica, SDRC e doenças correlatas. Agora, só falta a sanção do presidente @lulaoficial. São mais de 7 milhões de brasileiras e brasileiros que, com essa medida, passam a ter mais dignidade, inclusão e acesso a políticas públicas fundamentais.
