Most people recite this… but don’t make sujūd. “فَاسْجُدُوا لِلَّهِ وَاعْبُدُوا” So prostrate to Allah and worship Him (53:62) This is a Sajdah Tilāwah āyah from Surah An-Najm. When you reach it, pause… and make sujūd. Don’t just read the command. Respond to it. Revive what many have forgotten. In the Qur’an, the verses of Sajdah Tilāwah appear: 🔹 15 times (majority opinion) There are 15 sajdah verses in total. However: • The Ḥanafī madhhab counts 14 sajdahs According to the Ḥanafī madhhab, Sajdah Tilāwah is wājib upon the one who recites the sajdah āyah and the one who hears it intentionally. So if someone listens to the verse attentively, they should perform one sajdah. It does not have to be immediate and can be done later. According to the Mālikī, Shāfiʿī and Ḥanbalī schools, it is Sunnah (recommended) for both the reciter and the listener, not obligatory. #SajdahTilawah #ReviveTheSunnah #HanafiFiqh #QuranReminder #IslamicContent

🕌 Virtues of Friday – Presented by Sheikh Ayaz Housee The Fajr prayer on Friday holds special significance in Islam, with increased rewards for praying it in congregation and a recommended Sunnah of reciting specific chapters (Surahs) from the Quran Sunnah of Recitation: It's Sunnah to recite Surah Al-Sajdah (Surah 32) in the first rak'ah and Surah Al-Insan (Surah 76) in the second rak'ah of the Fajr prayer on Friday, according to Islamic websites. Surah As-Sajdah Ayat 4-10 📖 As-Sajdah 32:4 ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامࣲ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ مَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِهِۦ مِن وَلِيࣲّ وَلَا شَفِيعٍۚ أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ "It is Allāh who created the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them in six days; then He established Himself above the Throne.[1] You have not besides Him any protector or any intercessor; so will you not be reminded?" Our Prophet ﷺ regularly recited Surah As-Sajdah in the Fajr prayer on Fridays and before going to sleep along with Surah Al-Mulk. A powerful surah that reminds us to reflect and humble ourselves before Allah. May Allah make it easy for us to love the Quran, Ameen YR 🤍

Three years ago, I made a promise to Allah to start my birthday with a sajdah and little did I know that this time Allah planned that sajdah to be at Roza e Rasool. My heart still cannot believe how He gave me alone time with His Beloved ﷺ so I can make as much dua as possible. Love you Allah 🤍 Thank you for everything 🤍 #masjidenabwi #madinah #allah #muslim #reminder
