Find Your Favorite Sake 🍶✨ I’m officially hooked on Japanese sake! I visited a local bar called “Nanakorobi Yaoki” and had the most amazing night. I started with a sweet tasting set, but the highlight was meeting new friends at the counter. We shared stories, laughed, and I discovered that sour sake exists (and it’s delicious!). In Japan, sake isn’t just a drink. It’s a conversation. 🥂 The master told me there are over 1,000 sake breweries in Japan? 🇯🇵🍶 And they say there are between 10,000 to 20,000 different types of sake out there! 🤯 Have you found your favorite Sake yet? 📍Sake Bar NanakorobiYaoki, Sannomiya Kobe @7korobi8oki_dm 💖Save this for your next Japan trip!🇯🇵📌 ☝️ Follow @japanonlinetour on IG for more tips and fun places around Japan! #JapanTravel #japanesesake #JapanNightlife #sake #vlogjapan

I finally tried the famous “Ku(空)” nama genshu 🍶✨ (one of the most popular premium sake in Japan) Floral, fresh, and beautifully delicate. 💡 Sake tip from my own tasting: I drank this first (good decision!), but I saved a little and tried it again later… After drinking richer sake, the delicate aroma was much harder to notice 😭 If you want to enjoy “Ku” or other junmai daiginjo at its best, drink it early in your tasting order ✨ #空純米大吟醸生原酒 #sake #japanesesake #saketime #sakelover #junmaidaiginjo #namagenshu #saketasting #saketips #nagoyajapan #nagoyatrip #japantravel #thingstodoinnagoya #nagoyasaketour #sakebeginners #drinklikealocal
“As a Master Sake Sommelier, I’m always drawn to places that truly respect the craft and the people behind each bottle. Sakaya Japan is one of those places. Based in Japan, they work closely with small, boutique breweries, thoughtfully curating regional sakes that are often enjoyed locally and rarely seen abroad. What I appreciate most is how approachable the selection feels — carefully chosen, suitable for gifting, and ideal for those beginning their sake journey. Fukuoka vs. Niigata - same drink, different personalities 🍶✨ I was invited to a special sake tasting event comparing two iconic regions of Japan… and it was so fun to taste the contrast. 🍶 Fukuoka sake was richer, more aromatic, beautifully rounded 🍶 Niigata sake was crisp, dry, ultra clean and refreshing The best part? Each pour was thoughtfully paired with dishes highlighting ingredients from both regions. Hearing directly from the brewers made it even more special. It showed me that sake really highlights its region’s water, climate, and culture. It was cool to “travel” outside of Tokyo with each sip! 🥹 Which sake would you choose - rich & aromatic or light & crisp? 📍 Restaurant name: Kojimachi Nadaman Fukuoka Bettei, a collaboration between Fukuoka Prefecture and Nadaman, allowing guests to experience the charm of Fukuoka while in Tokyo. The restaurant offers a selection of sake from Fukuoka Prefecture ☺️ #japanesesake #福岡の酒 #新潟の酒 #fukuokafood #PR
