2. As they have journeyed out of their hard stuff, they have taken the opportunity to glean meaning from it all in order to help them cope- and survive the next part of the process.
3. They are ready to teach from their experience and generously share what they know now, from where they have been, they have figured out a way to help us on our own journey of transformation.
