Not sure which serum your skin actually needs? Save this guide 👀 For acne, look for ingredients that help unclog pores, calm breakouts, and control excess oil. For dark spots, choose brightening serums with ingredients like vitamin C, niacinamide, or TXA. For aging, look for retinal, peptides, collagen-supporting ingredients, and antioxidants. For irritation, keep it gentle with soothing ingredients like centella, heartleaf, and panthenol. You can find these serum options at Kiyoko Beauty ✨ Send this to someone who needs help choosing one! #serum #kbeauty #aging #darkspots
Your skincare won’t work if your diet is trash. Period. You can’t fix acne, dull skin, pigmentation, or hair fall with serums alone if your food is inflammatory and nutrient-poor. Skin and hair are end organs — they show what’s missing inside. Eat for your concern, not trends: • Acne & oily skin: low-GI foods, zinc, omega-3 • Dry, damaged skin barrier: healthy fats, vitamin E • Pigmentation & dullness: antioxidants + vitamin C • Hair fall & thinning: protein, iron, biotin, B-complex Consistency > supplements > shortcuts. Your plate matters more than your shelf. #DermatologistApproved #SkinNutrition #HairNutrition #FoodForSkin #FoodForHair SkinFromWithin HealthySkinDiet HairFallControl AcneDiet GlowFromInside SkinBarrierHealth Trichology ClinicalDermatology EvidenceBasedSkincare HolisticDermatology
Did your Vitamin C serum survive Part 2? 👀🍊 After Part 1, so many of you asked me to test more Vitamin C serums… so I did. 🤭 Same Betadine test. Same rules. Completely different results. Some serums cleared the solution instantly. Some took their time. And one of them… let’s just say I wasn’t expecting that. 😶 Remember, active Vitamin C helps neutralise the Betadine solution. If it barely changes? Your serum may be oxidised, weak, or simply not delivering what you paid for. 💸 If you missed Part 1, go watch that first, then come back to see how these serums performed. 👀 Which Vitamin C serum should I test next? Drop the name below and I will include it in Part 3. ⬇️💛 #vitaminc #skincaretest #betadinetest #indianskincare #viralproducts
✨ Microneedling vs Mesoneedling Microneedling stimulates the skin’s natural collagen production, while Mesoneedling combines microneedling with targeted serums for enhanced absorption. 🤍 #Microneedling #Mesoneedling #SkinRejuvenation #SydneyBeauty

Different skin concerns need different kinds of support — and the right ingredient can make all the difference ✨ 💧 Hyaluronic Acid — ageing skin
Helps draw moisture into the skin, leaving it looking plumper, smoother and more hydrated, which can soften the appearance of dehydration lines. 🌿 Azelaic Acid — rosacea-prone skin
Known for its calming properties, azelaic acid can help improve the appearance of redness, uneven tone and sensitivity, while supporting clearer-looking skin. 🩵 Salicylic Acid — enlarged pores
This oil-soluble exfoliant works inside the pores to help remove excess oil, dead skin and congestion, making pores appear cleaner and less noticeable over time. 🤍 Retinol — fine lines & wrinkles
Retinol supports skin renewal and collagen production, helping improve the appearance of fine lines, texture and uneven skin tone with consistent use. #skincare #skincaretips #serums #skintreatment

How does microneedling work? Most creams and serums only work on the surface of the skin. Even expensive skincare products cannot penetrate deeply through the skin’s protective barrier. During microneedling, thousands of microchannels are created in the skin. Through these channels, active ingredients can penetrate deeper and work more effectively. At the same time, microneedling stimulates the skin’s natural repair process and collagen production. As a result, the skin becomes firmer, smoother, and more elastic, while your skincare works more efficiently.

Comment “dark spots” to get link to these serums. If you are trying to fade pigmentation, remember that your skin is constantly responding to UV and visible light exposure. Even small amounts of sun exposure can stimulate melanin production and make dark spots harder to fade. So, along with your treatment, protecting your skin every day is essential. ▪️Be gentle with your skin: avoid excessive scrubbing, picking, harsh exfoliation or irritating DIY remedies. Inflammation can worsen pigmentation. ▪️Use serums that help reduce excess melanin production: ingredients like kojic acid, niacinamide, azelaic acid, alpha arbutin and tranexamic acid can be useful depending on the type of pigmentation. ▪️And most importantly, use sunscreen consistently preferably broad-spectrum SPF 30–50+, applied generously and reapplied when needed. The goal isn’t to attack pigmentation aggressively. It’s to prevent new pigment while gradually reducing the existing one. ⚠️Disclaimer: I am sharing my personal experience and knowledge about these products.
