@yamanaka.kakigori is a Japanese shave ice pop-up known for its ultra-fluffy ice, house-made jams, and seasonal fruit creations that somehow taste even better than they look.
The closest they currently pop up to the South Bay is Long Beach, and trust us, it’s worth the drive. Every flavor feels thoughtfully crafted, fresh, and unlike any shave ice we’ve had before.
