There’s nothing I love more than starting my day with a slow, intentional skincare moment. It’s my time to reset, glow, and pour a little care back into myself 💆♀️🌿
🧼 Step 1 – Cleanse & Reset
I begin with the Smoothing Cleanser to gently remove any overnight oils and impurities, followed by the Renewal Cleansing Butter to melt away everything left behind. This double cleanse leaves my skin feeling fresh, soft, and perfectly prepped — never tight, just balanced and clean.
💦 Step 2 – Tone & Refresh
Next, I mist my face with the Morning Mist Toner for an instant hit of hydration. This step wakes up my skin, helps rebalance, and creates the perfect base for all the goodness to come.

Let’s start the week week with some skin TLC using @tropicskincare because it’s not just Sundays for self care (AD/PR samples)
Starting with a double cleanse using the Radiance Cleanser. A light cleansing oil which easily removes makeup and SPF whilst brightening and deongesting the skin.
Following with the Smoothing Cleanser ( I have lost count how many bottles I have gone through!) One of my favourite cream cleansers it keeps my skin hydrated whilst gently cleansing and softening the skin - bliss!
The Hydrogel Face Mask is refreshing and cooling - perfect if skin is irritated and in need of some calming. A two part mask it is full of plant peptides alongside aloe vera to hydrate and plump the skin. Great for my rosacea, coffee is optional!
The Morning Mist is new to me and smells beautiful! A fine pH-Balanced mist it is full of antiodants and really revives the skin.
The first Tropic product I used many years ago - Rainforest Dew is a light hydrating serum. Full of all the good stuff including peptides, plant extracts and hyaluronic acid it really relieves my dehydrated skin and absorbs beautifully.
Eye Dream is an overnight butter balm eye treatment which is lovely to massage into the skin, feeling lightweight and soothing. It nourishes the skin and works overnight smoothing and plumping the under eye.
Finishing with Skin Dream, another new one for me. A smooth and silky night cream which absorbs quickly into the skin. With Plant Ceramides, Bio-Retinol and Hibiscus Peptides it really refreshes and brightens my skin. I’m keeping this one going and will keep you updated.
