Was it right or wrong to skip the queue? Queues on Snowdon are a new thing, and have become very controversial already. With two cases going viral of someone trying to complete the three peaks challenge for charity getting slated, and then a mancunian climbing up the side and someone shouting for his phone to be thrown off the mountain. I didn't get it nearly as bad treatment as them but someone did say "Entitled firefighter thinks he can skip the queue on Snowdon" as u passed them, and a few people shaking their heads 😂 on the other side I did get some people clapping me as I got to the top. The wardens of the mountain have come out publically to say that queueing is ridiculous and shouldnt be a thing on a mountain. This was the justification I needed to be able to skip the queue, although I did get some slack from it as I said. (that and I was sweating so bad I needed to get it done) #firefighter #hike #mountain #snowdon
