I was honestly SOOOOO skeptical, and it’s definitely subtle, but because I stare at my face basically all day long every day editing videos, I know for SURE it madd a huge difference TO ME especially in the lower half of my face.

۱. جسم سلولی (Cell Body / Soma)
جسم سلولی یا سوما هستهٔ نورون و مرکز متابولیک سلول را در خود دارد.
در این بخش، همهٔ فرآیندهای ضروری برای زنده ماندن نورون انجام میشود:
• حاوی هسته: DNA، برنامهٔ ساخت پروتئینها و تنظیم فعالیت سلول.
• دانههای نیسل (Nissl Bodies): شبکهٔ خشن آندوپلاسمی که پروتئینهای لازم برای انتقال پیام عصبی، بازسازی آکسون، و گیرندههای سیناپسی را میسازد.
• میتواند دندریتها و آکسون را تغذیه و پشتیبانی کند چون آکسون خودش توانایی ساخت پروتئین ندارد.
• مسئول یکپارچهسازی پیامهای ورودی از هزاران سیناپس قبل از ایجاد پتانسیل عمل (Action Potential) است.
به زبان ساده:
🔹 سوما مرکز تولید انرژی، پروتئینسازی، و تصمیمگیری نورونه.

۲. غلاف میلین (Myelin Sheath)
غلاف میلین یک لایهٔ چربیدار و عایقکننده است که دور آکسون نورون پیچیده میشود.
• در CNS توسط الیگودندروسیتها ساخته میشود.
• در PNS توسط سلولهای شوان.
• میلین باعث ایجاد هدایت جهشی (Saltatory Conduction) میشود؛ یعنی پتانسیل عمل به جای حرکت پیوسته، از یک گرهٔ رانویه به گرهٔ بعدی «میپرد».
• این کار سرعت انتقال را از ۲–۵ متر در ثانیه به بیش از ۱۰۰ متر در ثانیه افزایش میدهد.
• از آکسون محافظت میکند و باعث کاهش انرژی مصرفی نورون میشود.
اگر میلین آسیب ببیند (مثل اماس):
🔹 پیام عصبی کند میشود، گم میشود یا اصلاً نمیرسد.
در نتیجه علائمی مثل ضعف، بیحسی، اختلال بینایی و مشکلات حرکتی ایجاد میشود.
به زبان ساده:
🔹 میلین کابلپیچِ محافظ و توربوی سرعت انتقال پیام در سیستم عصبی است.
