👇Here’s why I wouldn’t move to South End 💸It’s wayyyy too expensive. Apartments are overpriced. A burger and beer is $25+ before tip. 🤑Apartment specials are way better in every other neighborhood. While you can find deals here, they don’t go as far since rent is much higher. ✨Apartments tend to be older. Not all, but many are dated. Apartments are being built all across the city and brand new ones are really nice to live in. 🚶If you don’t like crowds, this definitely isn’t for you. It’s packed around the clock! And here’s why everyone loves South End 🚶There’s so many people to meet!! 🏡 Apartments are conveniently located on top of night life and the light trail for easy access to Uptown 💸 Pricing doesn’t matter and they want the best location possible Here’s the neighborhoods I would look at instead: 📍NoDa 📍Optimist Park 📍Plaza Midwood 📍LoSo Okay with being 15 minutes outside of Uptown?
