✨ Solo Prelim D Recap ✨ It has already been 1 week since #usajigsawnationals2026 , and I miss it already! I am so excited to share that I accomplished the one puzzling goal I’ve been grinding a year for: I qualified for Solo Individual Finals!!!! I DNF’d “Washington Blossoms” at Jigsaw Nationals 2025 and placed 73rd in my prelim, not enough to qualify for finals and it devastated me. At the time, I really felt like I let myself down, so I’ve been working so hard for redemption, solely to prove to myself that I could, and I did!!!! In the grand scheme of things, puzzling is really not that deep, but it has been really important to me. In the moments following finishing, I turned to see my husband and so many of my puzzle friends cheering me on. I was incredibly moved by the support and overwhelmed with pride and relief, I just couldn’t help but start to cry happy tears. I still replay that moment in my head, and I feel incredibly grateful that it was captured on video. In the wise words of the iconic @hilaryduff , moments like this are truly what dreams are made of ❤️ @usajigsawpuzzle USA Jigsaw Nationals 2026 - Solo Prelim D “Front Porch Days” by @ravensburgerglobal 🧩 500 pieces / ⏱️ 52:41 🏆 Seeded at Table 22 and finished 29th out of 199 (top 15%) - - - - - EDIT: Thank you for all the support! I did not expect so many people to see me cry over my silly little puzzling accomplishment 😅. Sometimes puzzle bags cooperate, and sometimes they don’t. In this case, it didn’t. 😭 We found out that this particular @eeboopieceandlove 500-piece puzzle bag was harder to open compared to their other puzzles, so multiple competitors struggled to open it. The bags in their newer puzzles seem fine though! We’re hosting our next Teams Speed Puzzle Competition in Chicago on April 18th. Not bad for my first attempt at speed puzzling! This 200 piece Bamboo Panda took me just over 25 minutes to complete! When comparing my time to speedpuzzling.com it would put me 64/119 which was shocking to me! Might have found a new love in my hobby! #puzzle #puzzlecommunity #speedpuzzling #timelapse #satisfying

Thoughts on Speed Puzzling? #jigsawpuzzle #puzzlerace #speedpuzzling #olympics2028 #themoreyouknow💫 Puzzlers compete as teams, pairs or individuals. No one knows what the puzzle image will be before the race begins. Puzzles are usually 500 or 1000 pieces. This event took place at the @portlandjigsawmasters
