Here’s where to start if you want to move beyond promoting:
1. The morning brief. Runs at 7am before I’m up. My diary, what actually needs me, what I said I’d do yesterday and didn’t.
2. Spreadsheets into dashboards. Any spreadsheet I dread opening becomes something I can read in ten seconds. Great for analysing analytics - but can be applied to anything.
3. My inbox sorts itself. Needs me, can wait, no action needed. The replies are already drafted by the time I open it.
4. My own front page. Love this one. Each morning I get a personalised newspaper with news and updates that affects my job, laid out like a newspaper with my name on it. Because why not!
