Standing up in your backswing? We often talk about fixing loss of posture or early extension in the downswing - but what if the issue starts earlier? Standing up in the backswing is commonly caused by poor lower-body movement, but it can be as simple as too much pressure into the toes. This drill encourages pressure through the mid-foot to heel, allowing you to rotate better while maintaining your hip hinge and posture. Save this and try it at your next range session. #golf #golffitness #standingup

In a crowded restaurant, a waitress assumed a man was drunk while taking his order. The question embarrassed him instantly, shifting the room’s mood. What seemed like a small judgment revealed how quickly assumptions can hurt, especially in public spaces where dignity matters and misunderstandings escalate faster than expected. Other customers spoke up, defending the man and reminding everyone that respect comes first. Their reaction showed how strangers can protect each other from unfair treatment. Doing the right thing sometimes means stepping in, correcting assumptions, and choosing empathy over silence when someone is wrongly judged. A Mechanic Asked for a Test Drive. The Showroom Laughed. Big Mistake. #storytime A mechanic walks into a luxury car showroom and is instantly judged by his clothes. One sentence of arrogance turns the entire room against him. What they didn't know was that this man wasn't there to beg, argue, or explain himself. He was there to see who would stand up when it mattered. This story isn't about money It's about dignity, courage, and what happens when respect is treated as optional. Watch until the end - because the smallest choice can change someone's entire future. If you believe respect matters more than status or luxury, leave a ❤️ in the comments.#BigMistake #PlotTwist #HumanValue #StandingUp MoralStory UnexpectedEnding LifeLesson RespectMatters Motivation Shorts

A waitress asked a group of diners to prepay for their meals, assuming they would not pay afterward. The request felt humiliating and unfair, based on appearance rather than behavior. In that moment, the restaurant atmosphere shifted, exposing how quickly prejudice can surface in everyday situations without reason or evidence. Instead of staying silent, the diners responded with dignity and calm. They paid, questioned the assumption, and made it clear respect matters. Their reaction turned an uncomfortable moment into a lesson, reminding everyone that character is shown by how we treat others when no one expects fairness in life daily. A tip for your crawling baby is to start practicing how to stand up. It feels great for babies to use their muscles, and it supports their motor development when we invite movement whenever the opportunity arises. And here’s a good rule of thumb: Help as little as possible! 👍 With love, Maria ♥️ (Your pediatric physical therapist from Denmark 🇩🇰) . . . . #standingup #motordevelopment
