Me and @thebostonguido popped in for another @bigcansdisposal “Small Business Spotlight” and got way more than we expected! An Albanian crew running a muck in another tiny joint just outside of Stoneham center. And yes I say StoneHAM, deal with it. Insane sandwiches, a @domssausageco steak tip sub that’ll rock your world, and the absolute best pizza in StoneHAM. They even use @piantedosibakingco bread! This was outrageous. That mortadella sandwich is temporarily named @thewickedsnackah Special. While I was dropping off some giftcards to one of the giveaway winners the other day, I found myself riding through Stoneham. I saw @rangindianbistro and thought “I can finally go eat some Indian food”. None of my friends including Big Frank, Nick P or Felicia want to ever get Indian food with me but it’s really one of the best cuisines out there. Crazy I just posted today how Asian food is my favorite, well India is part of Asia so it makes sense. When you eat Indian food, you get a lot of flavor, a lot of healthy foods. A lot of gluten free & vegetarian options that never affects the flavor. Like other Asian food, you don’t really feel like death after you eat. It’s clean eats. That said, the aroma definitely lingers on your clothes and it might not be the most pleasant. Small price to pay. Each time I eat Indian food which hasn’t been much, I dive deeper into the real stuff. I started like a regular white. Tikki Masala & butter chicken. Then I started doing tandoori & aloo tikki chaat & paneer. This time around I tried the samosa Chloe chaat, the masala don & some lamb & lentils. I loved it. Honestly it was delicious. It was up there with the best bites of the month. I probably should have included them in my video today for Asian food. Give it a try, open your mind a little. Don’t be shy. There’s so many great cuisines, so many flavors you need to experience. Big Frank is in his mid 40s, he was never eating the stuff he eats now and he regrets it. All those years he could have been indulging in other food than Italian & American. Was fun yesterday to get out in the field for a change and see some new construction with one of our best, Mr. Anthony Castellano @anthonycastellano_realtor He showed me his Darby Lane project, where he has 15 out of 16 homes already sold. I even got a tour of the most recent home under contract, and it’s looking incredible, with so many custom finishes. 👏 We also took a ride over to the old Armory building on Main St. —most recently a True Value in Stoneham, where I got a tour as they were in the midst of gutting the place. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE PROJECT THIS WILL BE - with over 30 condominiums. 🙌 Anthony’s dad, Jim @jvcboston who also made it appearance in the video, is not only a personal friend, but one of the best builders that I’ve ever met.
