When someone comes to me and says “I’m just not getting bookings” The first thing I ask is: “How easy is it for people to book you?” Because here’s the truth… If someone hasn’t paid yet, they’re not booked. And we are spending so much time going back and forth with people who haven’t even paid yet. If someone is waiting on your response or if they have to ask 4 questions just to understand your pricing… 👉 You’re giving them opportunities to fall off. We need a monetary transaction or it didn’t happen yet. A good support funnel says: “I’ve got you. You don’t have to think. Just follow me.” It looks like: • Clear pricing (no guessing) • A direct booking link (no DM ping pong) • Automated responses when you’re unavailable • A simple, guided experience from inquiry → paid Because your client is not trying to work for this. They’re busy. They’re overwhelmed. They just want to know: Can I trust you and can I book this right now? You don’t need more leads. You need less friction. Make it easy to say yes.
