Here's a behind-the-scenes look at a motion design project I'm working on for UltaHost.
Before starting, I had a call with HR to understand the video's goals, target audience, and key messages, ensuring the motion design aligns with the company's objectives.
Next, I developed a storyboard to visualize the sequence of scenes. Once the storyboard was finalized, I began creating the style frames to define the visual look and feel of the video, including color schemes, typography, and illustration styles.
I then designed all the necessary assets, including UI elements, icons, backgrounds, and other graphical components, using Adobe Illustrator. I shared these assets with the team for feedback and suggestions before moving on to the animation phase.
With positive feedback in hand, I started animating the scenes using Adobe After Effects. The video above showcases the animation process.
What do you think about the behind-the-scenes process? Let me know in the comments!
