Somehow, again, it is summer. I recover an appetite for love and strawberries and poems ripe with wonder. I tell my therapist I want to hold on to this feeling forever. She says, “you don’t have to. You always find it.” Wishing you an abundant summer solstice with this three-foot long strawberry chamomile sheet cake, made with @stdalfourfruitspread strawberry fruit spread, salted honey buttercream, and four quarts of summer strawberries. Comment “strawberry cake” for the recipe or find it on my substack 🍓 #strawberrycake #strawberryseason #summercake #longcake #frenchcottage

Eggless Saffron Mango Tres Leches Cake... Because mango season is incomplete without a mango tres leches on repeat! Here's another simple and refreshing version of the classic tres leches with a soft, moist and very thirsty eggless sponge {saffron & pistachio flavoured} that obligingly drinks up the saffron flavoured tres leches milk. Saffron milk is a great match here since I used the Kesar variety of mangoes here, 'kesar' that translates into saffron. Everything is fresh about this cake. The light sponge, the beautifully addictive milk, the sweet mangoes and then the stabilized cream that holds the mangoes together. Mangoes with cream are a quintessential summer favourite; add saffron to the equation and you have magic! Please drop a comment if you'd like this recipe ♥! #egglessmangocake #egglesstreslechescake #mangoreels #tresleches #egglesstresleches #mango #tropicaltresleches #dessert #egglessdessert #foodphotography #noeggs #mypinterest #asmr #dessertideas #egglesscake #mangosaffroncake #pistache #egglesslayeredcake #mango #mangoes #mangoseries #mangolover #mangolovers #Indiansummer #summercake #pistachios #saffron

🏖️It’s been a minute since I’ve made a cake. I just haven’t had it in me. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But I had this piping gel I ordered awhile back so I thought I could throw together a beach theme cake. 🌊 🏖️ #beachcake #summercake #beachvacation #ineedone #imtired #andsogrumpy #icant #makeany #important #decisions #whenifeelthisway
