On March 24, 2014, I had the chance to sing live on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" as a background vocalist for Damon Albarn during his U.S. tour. It was part of the SXSW festival, a moment that showed me the power of flexibility and teamwork in music. Performing with Damon Albarn allowed me to see how blending genres like alternative rock and pop can create unique sounds and experiences. These moments remind me why I keep pursuing music and sharing my story. If you're feeling stuck, remember that stepping into new roles and supporting others can open doors to growth and discovery. I got my first job when I was six years old for a local radio station in San Diego in the 90s, before that I did on camera and print ads, and after that, I did a ton of theater, indie films, more commercials.
