@fimleikadeild_aftureldingar x SFG
@styrketraeningforgymnaster (SFG) is in charge of strength and conditioning of the teams “MFL” and “1. flokkur”.
The national team participants from the club, will get a personal competition program with SFG, to optimize performance and reduce risk of injury in the lead up for the European Championship in Teamgym.
All this means building gymnasts who can produce force, tolerate load, and stay consistent across a full season, not just perform well in isolated sessions.
The goal is simple:
Performance 📈
Risk of injury 📉
Support gymnastics practice 🎯

Když se posouvají limity… 💥
První závod Českého poháru v TeamGymu přinesl skvělou atmosféru i výkony 👏

Lisäksi meidän uusi harrastekilpajoukkue Sirpit osallistuu ensimmäisiin kisoihinsa uudella kokoonpanolla Jyväskylässä 💙
Toivotetaan kaikille TG-joukkueille paljon tsemppiä kisaviikonloppuun 💪🏽✨

*** RINGS ***
Not my favorite apparatus and definitely not the one I prefer to train because it makes me stiffer on pommel horse and high bar. But in 2023, all the focus is on the team so each of us has to do his part of the job.
