This past week I stood on stage and spoke at our team retreat. And on the flight home I kept thinking… I don’t talk about this side of my life enough. This industry has changed my life. Not just financially but personally, mentally, and as a wife, mom, and leader. Before this, I was a teacher. Then a stay at home mom. I loved those seasons deeply. But I didn’t realize how much more growth and opportunity was waiting for me. This business stretched me in ways I didn’t know I needed. It sharpened my voice. It built resilience I didn’t know I had. It taught me skills I’ll carry for the rest of my life. And yes it’s supported our family financially. But more than that? It gave me ownership. Of my time.
