Customer Success Story: Cost-Effective Recall Solution We worked with a company that handles product recalls and hazardous materials disposal for retailers. Their buyer reached out to us for a quote on a 17x17x17 box that their previous supplier had suggested for a recalled product. The supplier had this box in stock and could provide a high volume very quickly. Instead of just quoting the same box, we offered to get the product dimensions and provide a “right-sized” box for a better price with the same quick turnaround time. We quoted it, sampled it, and the customer approved it. We had the boxes made in a matter of days. They ended up needing almost 200,000 of these boxes.
