After testing positive for OGTT, I’m focusing more on my diet and lifestyle to keep everything under control before my next test! ❤️ Started my day with pink dragon fruit (great for blood sugar control) and dal water in the sunlight for that essential Vitamin D! ☀️ For lunch – a full healthy plate with multigrain roti, dal, cucumber, roasted pumpkin, and peas veggie 🥗, followed by my diphtheria and tetanus vaccination today for the baby's protection! 💉 👶🏻 Sharing my pregnancy journey with you all!
