“The Architect” New mural in Crotone, Italy for @gulia_urbana . A visual exploration of the human form — revealing the inner architecture of a woman standing still, yet radiating force. She’s built from both flesh and bone, but also from balance, proportion, and the invisible laws that hold us together. The piece is based on additive color theory — using red and cyan to create depth, contrast, and duality. It holds three visual dimensions: one visible to the naked eye, and two hidden layers that can be revealed using cyan and red lenses. Each layer tells a different story, depending on how you choose to see it. Crotone is the city where Pythagoras once taught — his legacy shaped the design. A triple-circle halo symbolizes harmony, while a simplified Tetraktis of 10 dots floats around the portrait, referencing his philosophy of cosmic order. Red and blue. Structure and spirit. The seen and the unseen. Thank you Gulia Urbana and the people of Crotone for the support, energy, and connection. The Sovereign Sentinel: Sunday Reclamation ⚔️☀️ The weight of the universe is heavy, but the hands holding it are getting stronger. Today my body called a timeout. 28 hours awake and a 65-hour work week finally caught up, resulting in a physical “Crush Point.” I pushed my body to the absolute limit and passed out until midday—it was strange and unlike me, but clearly needed. A groin strain might have kept me from the pavement today, but it didn’t keep me from the work. Even if the gym is closed, there’s always a way to stay true to yourself. I’ve been doing floor work to keep the momentum, and now I’m diving back into the canvas. Don’t let a “low” day rob you of your purpose. We are rebuilding. Keep moving, even if it’s just one breath at a time.
