Mes meilleurs supporters 🫶🏻
Toujours là pour me soutenir malgré mes plans farfelus qui changent tous les quatre matins 😅

A lot of work went into getting here.
A lot of miles. A lot of early mornings. A lot of driving somewhere just to run, which is absolutely not something I normally do unless there’s a race involved. 😂
I spent hours running alone in the mountains, got way outside of my normal running routine, and then had my back completely revolt with less than two weeks to go. Thankfully, that scare seems to be behind me.
Now the miles are coming down, the carbs are going up, and there really isn’t much left to do except trust the work I’ve put in.
Gasping Through the Aspens 50K is almost here.
I’m nervous. I’m excited. And I’m really looking forward to having another ultra under my belt. ⛰️
September 19, let’s see what happens.
